Next Day Post office delivery (Order Before 3.30pm Mon-Fri) – £3.95

FREE Next Day Post office Delivery for orders over £75 (Order Before 3.30pm Mon-Fri)

Ireland, Northern Ireland, Belfast, the Highlands and Islands are excluded from next day service and will be sent on a 48 hour day service

All orders placed after 3.30pm will be shipped out on the next working day (Monday to Friday) Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays are not working days

We can NOT be held responsible for parcels which have been requested by the customer to be left in a safe place or changed to a different address which it was ordered under.

Returns Policy:

We put our heart and soul into all our products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange) . You must return your items within 7 days of the date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item.

If the instructions are unclear, a refund will be processed.

Please be aware If you have not tracked your parcel back to ourselves we cannot accept any liability for it.

In the case of an exchange the items will be sent back out to you free of charge. If you have a faulty item please contact sales@amberrobyn.co.uk

Please note: DO NOT return the faulty product (on your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid.

Returns can take 7-14 working days to process after we have received your item(s) please allow this time before contacting our customer support.

Refunds

In the unfortunate event that our items fits the refund criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from. If you have sent back a sale item for refund, you will be issued with a gift card which will be emailed to the email address left on your order.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any items within 14 days provided items are returned in saleable condition, unworn in original packaging, with tags intact. Please send them back enclosing your invoice and filling out the relevant return information on it. We will get your exchanged item sent back to your within 7-14 working days of receiving your original exchange item(s).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
